Candidate Meetings

This metric tracks the total number of appointments where the Appointment Type = Candidate Meeting. It reflects scheduled interactions between users and candidates, providing insight into candidate engagement and candidate pipeline progression.

Unlike Candidate Meeting Notes, this metric is based on appointments, not notes. It uses the date the meeting occurred, not the date the appointment was created.

Note: This metric is distinct from Candidate Meeting Notes, which track post-meeting documentation.

• Only appointments with Meeting Type = Candidate Meeting are included.
• We only count appointments where the Parent Appointment ID is Null, to ensure only original meetings are included and not recurring or child appointments.

Rules & Criteria

• Each appointment is counted as a distinct AppointmentID to ensure accurate tracking and avoid duplication.
• Only appointments with Appointment Type = Candidate Meeting are counted. Appointments with missing or other Appointment Types are excluded.
• The metric uses the appointment date (date of occurrence) to determine inclusion in the reporting period.

• All: The user listed as the Appointment Owner receives credit for the Candidate Meeting.
