Business Definition

This metric tracks the total number of Prescreen notes entered by Bullhorn users within the selected reporting period. A Prescreen is a specific Note Action type used to document initial screening of the candidate. This metric provides insight into recruiter activity and early-stage candidate engagement.

Note: Only notes with the action type Prescreen are included. All other note types are excluded. These notes typically appear on both candidate and job records.

How to use it

Rules & Criteria:

  • Only notes with the Note Action type = Prescreen are counted.
  • Notes must be created within the selected reporting period.
  • Filters can be applied to drill down by individual users.
  • Source system: Bullhorn Notes Table
  • Recruiters and 360 Account Managers are the primary users of this note type.

Recognition:

  • All: The Bullhorn user who created the Prescreen note.

Call Out:

  • In Bullhorn Analytics, Contact is known as Candidate. That should not be confused with the generic term ‘Candidate’ used in this document. No filtering for Candidate is required.
