Total Notes Count

This metric tracks the total number of notes that a user has entered into Bullhorn. The desired outcome of this report is to see how many notes users have entered into Bullhorn. Users should be able to run a report to see the total count of notes as well as the total count for each type of note.

Rules & Criteria:

• The metric uses the note creation date to determine inclusion in the reporting period.
• The following Note Types are excluded as they are categories

  2. ---CRM Notes---
  3. ---Rec Delivery Notes---
  4. ---General---
  5. ---Redeployment---
• System of record: Bullhorn
• Each note is counted as a distinct NoteID to ensure accurate tracking and avoid duplication.
• Blank notes are not filtered out. They are visible, as they typically signal upstream data quality issues (i.e. before the data gets to BI).

Recognition:

• All: The user listed as the Note Author receives credit for the note regardless of team/role.
