Client Submissions

This metric tracks the number of submissions that have been submitted in Bullhorn to the hiring managers at a company. A submission is counted in this metric once its status has been moved to “Client Submission” at any point in its lifecycle.

As per submissions (submission to manager) if the same candidate is submitted multiple times to the same job, only the first submission is counted in Reporting to prevent double-counting.

Rules & Criteria:

• Includes only submissions that moved to “Client Submission” status at least once.
• If there are multiple submissions for the same candidate on the job, with the status of client submission, it will only be counted once.
• The date used for reporting is the date when the submission status first changed to “Client Submission”.
• Exclude submissions with current status = “New Lead”. These are web responses.

Recognition:
• Sales: The person who moved the submission to client submission, NOT the job owner
• Recruiter: The person who changed the submission status to “Submitted to Manager”
