Recruiter Job Count (All Assigned Jobs in BH analytics)

This metric tracks the number of unique job orders assigned to each recruiter in Bullhorn. It helps monitor recruiter workload and provides visibility into how job distribution evolves over time.

This number should match the “All Assigned Jobs” in BH Analytics.

Each job is counted once per recruiter, based on the date the job was created. It is acknowledged that more than one recruiter can be assigned to the same job.

Rules & Criteria:

• Only valid job records with a JobOrderID, assigned Recruiter(s) (assignedTo), and JobCreateDate are included.
• Jobs are grouped by recruiter and counted based on unique JobOrderID values.
• The JobCreateDate is used to assign each job to a specific reporting period.
• If a job is assigned to multiple recruiters, it is counted once for each assigned recruiter.
