Business Definition
This metric captures the total number of onboarding requests initiated within a given time period. It includes onboarding records created in both the Onboarding Portal and FBO systems.
A request is considered “New” if it was created during the reporting period, regardless of whether it is still in progress or already completed.
⚠️ Note that “New” is not a separate status, it simply reflects the creation of a new onboarding item, which may also be active at the same time.
How to use it

Rules & Criteria :
- Includes new FBO Work Orders where the creation type is “New” and the request type is not specified (i.e., null).
- Each onboarding request is counted once, based on its creation date.
- The metric uses the SurveyDraftDate (Onboarding Portal) or WorkOrderCreateDate (FBO) to assign the request to a time period.
Recognition:
• Sales: Not applicable.
• Client Services/Ops: The individual who is assigned to or managed the onboarding request.
