Placements (Consulting Services)

This metric tracks the number of placements made within the Consulting Services line of business, based on placement records in Bullhorn.

⚠️ Note: This metric is based solely of the Start Date denoted in Bullhorn placement record. If FBO data differs from Bullhorn data, it will not be reflected in Reporting.

Rules & Criteria:

• The Bullhorn Start Date is used to attribute the placement to a reporting period, regardless of when it was created or approved.

• If there is NOT a Submission submitted to the job and only a placement, it will be excluded from Reporting

• Only placements considered in the Consulting Services line of business are included.

• The Bullhorn employment types included are:

  • Contract
  • Subvendor Contract
  • Contract to Hire
  • Permanent
  • Direct Sourcing

• These Bullhorn employment types are excluded from this metric:

  • ICAP
  • Subvendor ICAP

• The following placement statuses are included in this metric.

  • Completed – Project Completion
  • Completed – Perm Conversion
  • Completed – Ended Early
  • Dismissed
  • Resigned
  • Approved

• These statuses are excluded

  • No Start
  • Pending Approval
  • Draft

Recognition:

• Sales: The Job Owner
• Recruiter: The person added the submission (whose submission converted into the placement).
• If the same person is both the Job Owner and the Recruiter, the placement is only counted once for recognition purposes.
