Completed Assignment Ends

This metric captures the number of assignments that have either reached their scheduled end date or were terminated, without being renewed. It reflects the volume of work orders that have concluded during or after the reporting period.

Assignments are included if they are marked as Complete, Terminated or Resigned, and their end or termination date falls after the selected time period.

Rules & Criteria:

• Includes work orders from FBO where:
  • The Work Order Status is Complete, and the End Date is in the reporting period.
  • The Work Order Status is Terminated, and the Termination Date is in the reporting period.
• Only valid records with complete data are included.
• Each Assignment is counted once, based on its unique ID.
• If Assignment Status is null, or Start date or end date is null, we exclude it.

Recognition:

• Sales/EPLS: Not applicable.
• Client Services/Ops: The individual responsible for initiating or managing the onboarding request.
