This metric tracks the total number of appointments where the Appointment Type = Consultant Service Check In CSC. It reflects check-ins with and consultants and users during current active contracts, providing visibility into ongoing consultant engagement and support.
This metric is based on the date the meeting occurred, not the date the appointment was created.
How to use it

Rules & Criteria
- Each appointment is counted as a distinct AppointmentID to ensure accurate tracking and avoid duplication.
- Only appointments with Appointment Type = ‘Consultant Service Check In CSC’ are counted. Appointments with different appointment types should be excluded.
- The metric uses the appointment date (date of occurrence) to determine inclusion in the reporting period.
- Only appointments with Parent Appointment ID = Null are included to filter out child or recurring instances.
Recognition
- All: The user listed as the Appointment Owner receives credit for the CSC Meeting.
