Active Onboards

This metric reflects the number of onboarding requests that are currently in progress and have not yet been marked as Complete or Approved in FBO. It includes onboarding activity from both the Onboarding Portal and FBO, covering various onboarding types such as Onboarding, Payroll, and Subvendor Worker Onboard.

Each onboarding request is counted once, based on its unique identifier, and only if it remains active within the system.

Rules & Criteria:
Includes onboarding requests from both the In Progress and Completed tables in the Onboarding Portal, where the request type is one of the following:

• Onboarding
• Payroll
• Subvendor Worker Onboard
  
  Includes FBO Work Orders with the same request types, provided the Work Order Status is not marked as Complete or Approved.
  Duplicate request IDs across systems are removed to ensure each onboarding is counted only once.

Recognition:
• Sales/EPLS: Not applicable.
• Client Services/Ops: The individual responsible for initiating or managing the onboarding request.
