Active Headcount

This metric represents the number of distinct billable assignments that are actively engaged during the selected reporting period. An assignment is considered “billable” if it is eligible to be invoiced, even if billing has not yet occurred. This helps track workforce utilization and provides insight into active client engagements.

Rules & Criteria:

• Only assignments with the status “Approved” are included.
• The Start Date should be before or during the reporting period, and the End Date should be during or after the reporting period. Each assignment is counted once, based on its unique Assignment ID.
• Assignments that are eligible for billing but not yet invoiced are still included.
• Assignments outside the reporting period or with statuses other than “Approved” are excluded.

• Sales: Job Owner Associated with Assignment.
• Recruiter: The recruiter linked to the assignment record.
