Number of Endings (Consulting Services)

This metric captures the total number of approved extensions applied to active assignments for Consulting Services line of business within the selected reporting period. It reflects continued client engagement and consultant retention beyond the original contract terms. Only approved extensions which were created during the selected timeframe are counted.

Note: This metric focuses on approved extensions only.

Rules & Criteria:

• Only approved extensions are included, those in draft are excluded
• Extensions must be created within the selected reporting period.
• Each extension is tied to a unique work order.
• Only Consulting Services line of business records are included.
• System of record: FBO

Recognition:

• Sales: Account Manager associated with the extended assignment.
• Client Services/Ops: Person who created the extension
