Business Definition
This metric represents the number of distinct billable assignments that are actively engaged during the selected reporting period. This metric filters for contract positions only. An assignment is considered “billable” if it is eligible to be invoiced, even if billing has not yet occurred. This helps track workforce utilization and provides insight into active client engagements.
How to use it
Note
Rules & Criteria:
- Only workers with assignments in Contract Line of Business are included.
- Only workers with assignments in Draft, Pending Approval, or Approved status are included.
- The current date must fall between the assignment’s start and end date.
- Each worker is counted once per client:
- If a worker has multiple work orders with the same client, they are counted once.
- If a worker has work orders with different clients, they are counted once per client.
- Excludes records with missing WorkerID, Assignment Status, Start Date, or End Date.
- This metric is sourced entirely from FBO.
Important Notes:
- This headcount may differ from Bullhorn (BH) due to system differences.
- Historical headcount values may change if work orders are later cancelled or discarded.
- This metric does not reflect actual billable workers.
- Old draft work orders may inflate the count if not properly closed.
