Business Definition
This metric tracks the total number of Work Orders ends within the selected reporting period. It includes natural Work Order completions, early finishes, dismissals, and resignations. The metric provides visibility into upcoming offboarding activity, potential redeployable candidates and impacts to billings. It is based on the End Date of the work order.
Note: If a consultant has multiple work orders with different end dates, each will be counted separately. The logic does not consolidate multiple contracts under a single individual.
