Unique Candidates Submitted

This metric tracks the total number of unique candidate records from Bullhorn with submissions added (status = Submitted to Manager) by a user within a selected timeframe. While candidates may be submitted to multiple jobs resulting in multiple submissions records being created, this metric counts each Candidate ID only once.

This provides a clear view of how many distinct candidates a recruiter has submitted, even if the candidate has been submitted to multiple jobs. It does not include client submissions or any other submission statuses.

Rules & Criteria:

• Use the Candidate ID to perform a distinct count.
• Filter submissions where status = Submitted to Manager.
• Use the date the status was changed to Submitted to Manager to determine inclusion in the reporting period.
• Exclude client submissions or any submission statuses

Recognition:

• All: The user who submitted the candidate (based on the Added By field) receives credit.
