Business Definition

This metric tracks the number of meaningful sales interactions recorded in Bullhorn. It reflects the distinct count of Appointments where the appointment type indicates a sales activity.

Only Appointments linked to contacts or leads with a status of Customer, Support Contact, or Prospect are included. This ensures the metric reflects relevant sales activity.

How to use it

Note

Rules & Criteria:

  • Only appointments with the following Appointment Types are included:
    • Introduction
    • Opportunity Meeting
    • Check-In
    • Hospitality Event
    • Key Meeting
  • Each appointment is counted once, based on its unique Appointment ID.
  • Each appointment needs to have an Appointment Owner
  • Please Update meetings will be excluded from this metric.
  • Only appointments linked to valid client contacts are included.
  • Contact status must be one of the following:
    • Customer
    • Support Contact
    • Prospect
  • Exclusions: any recruitment delivery meetings such as Job Intake, QBR/EBR, as well as any meetings held between the consultant and the contact.

Recognition:

  • Sales: The Sales Representative who is the appointment owner.
  • Recruiter: Not applicable for this metric.
