Interviews (1st Interview)

This metric captures the number of submissions that have progressed to the first interview stage. It reflects the date of scheduled interview for each unique submission, based on interview appointments recorded in Bullhorn.

A submission is counted once when a candidate and contact record have at least one appointment of type "Interview". The date used for reporting is the date that the interview occurred, not when the interview record was created. This is captured by the AppointmentDate field.

⚠️ Note: The logic in BI Reporting is different to the logic in BH analytics. BH analytics attributes 1 credit to the appointment owner and 1 to the job owner. BH Analytics is working on fix for this but currently it cannot give attribution to the Recruiter in the Added By column. Therefore the numbers may differ from BI and BH Analytics.

Rules & Criteria:

• Only appointments scheduled in Bullhorn explicitly marked as type = "Interview" are considered.
• Each submission is counted once, based on the unique combination of Job Submission ID and Candidate ID. If there are multiple interviews entered by different people on the job, only one will count
• The metric uses the interview appointment date to determine when the submission reached this stage.
• This metric covers only Consulting Services and excludes Workforce Solutions. This means that LOB filtering should not affect this metric.
