Number of Starts (FBO)

This metric tracks the total number of approved Assignments with a Start Date falling within the selected reporting period. It reflects consultant engagements and is sourced directly from FBO work orders, not Bullhorn. This metric should align with both the Placements (Consulting Services) for regular placements and Placements (Workforce Solutions) metrics for payroll.

Note: If there is a discrepancy between this metric and the corresponding Bullhorn sourced placement metrics, it may indicate a data mismatch between FBO and Bullhorn.

Rules & Criteria:

• Only Assignments with Approved status are included.
• Assignment Start Date must fall within the selected reporting period.
• Each Assignment is counted once, based on its unique ID.
• Source system: FBO

Recognition:

• Sales: Account Manager associated with the Assignment.
• Recruiter: Recruiter linked to the Assignment.
