Active Clients

This metric tracks the number of distinct Active Clients, which means companies that have at least one placement or work order in an Approved status during the selected reporting period. A company is considered “active” only when there is confirmed billable activity through an approved placement, ensuring the metric reflects true business engagement. Companies that do not have active placements or work orders are not considered clients.

Note: The presence of job postings, submissions, or even an MSA (Master Service Agreement) does not qualify a company as an active client unless there is at least one approved placement.

Rules & Criteria:

• A company must have at least one placement in Approved status to be counted.
• Each company is counted once, regardless of the number of approved placements.
• Companies are excluded if they meet any of the following conditions:
  1. They have jobs and submissions but no placements.
  2. They have an MSA but no placements
  3. They have placement(s), and the placements are only in the following statuses and not approved.
  • No Start
  • Completed – Early End
  • Completed – Project Completed
  • Completed – Perm Conversion
  • Draft
