Business Definition

This metric tracks the total number of Consultant Service Check In (CSC) notes entered by Bullhorn users within the selected reporting period. A Consultant Service Check-In (CSC) is a specific Note Action type used to document a check-in with a consultant during their contract. These notes reflect ongoing consultant engagement and support provided throughout the consultant’s assignment.

This metric does not include the Appointment Type Consultant Service Check In CSC, which is tracked separately. It specifically measures notes entered by the user after the meeting has occurred.

Note:

  • The current Note Action value used for this metric is CSC Note.
  • To include historical data, we also count notes where the Note Action was previously labeled as CSC along to CSC Note.

How to use it

Rules & Criteria

  • Each note is counted as a distinct NoteID to ensure accurate tracking and avoid duplication.
  • Only notes with Note Action Type is CSC Note are counted.
  • The metric uses the note creation date to determine inclusion in the reporting period.
  • Each note is counted as a distinct NoteID
  • Exclude notes that have any other action type.
  • Appointment records (including those with Appointment Type = Consultant Service Check-In) are excluded and tracked separately.

Recognition

  • All: The user listed as the Note Author receives credit for the Consultant CheckIn (CSC) note.
