Active Extensions

This metric tracks the number of extension requests that are currently active across both the Onboarding Portal and FBO systems. An extension is considered active if it has not yet been marked as Complete or Approved in FBO.

Each request is counted once, based on its unique identifier, and only if it meets the criteria for being an extension and remains open.

Rules & Criteria:

• Includes extension requests from both the In Progress and Completed tables in the Onboarding Portal, where the request type is Extension.
• Includes FBO Work Orders where the creation type is Extension and the status is not marked as Complete or Approved.
• Duplicate request IDs across systems are removed to ensure each extension is counted only once.

Recognition:

• Sales/EPLS: Not applicable.
• Client Services/Ops: The individual responsible for initiating or managing the onboarding request
