Jobs Added

This metric reflects the total number of new jobs created in Bullhorn during the reporting period. It counts each unique job based on its creation date, helping to track job order activity over time.

Each job is counted once, using the date it was first added to the system. This provides visibility into how many new opportunities were opened within a given timeframe.

Rules & Criteria:

• The job creation date (not Job Published Date) is used to assign the job to a specific reporting period.

Recognition:

• Sales: Job Owner on the job.
• Recruiter: Not applicable for this metric.
