Submissions (Submitted to Manager)

This metric tracks the number of submissions that have been submitted to the Account Manager (typically the Job Owner) for review. A submission is counted at the time its status has ever been updated to “Submitted to Manager”, regardless of its current or future status. Usually, this is when the submission is added into the system.

⚠️ Note: When a candidate applies to a job, the submission is created with New Lead. If this submissions gets “Moved to” Submitted to Manager, the submissions will be counted from the date this status was updated.

Each submission is counted only once, based on the first time it was submitted to the manager, to avoid double-counting and ensure accurate recruiter recognition.

Rules & Criteria:

• Only submissions with the status “Submitted to Manager” are included in this count.
• The metric uses the date the status was changed to “Submitted to Manager” to count submissions in a reporting period. We do not use the dateAdded as Web Responses could be added into the system and moved to Submitted to Manager.
• If a submission has its status changed from another status to Submitted to manager, it will only count once in reporting and will show in the reporting period of when the status was first changed
• Exclude submissions with current status = “New Lead” should be excluded. These are web responses.
• If a submission was first added to the system with a different status to “Submitted to Manager, as an example, AM hold, this submission will only show up in the reporting period based of the date that the update was made to Submitted to Manager.

Recognition:

• Sales: Job Owner
• Recruiter: The person who is in the added by field, that is the person who added the submission in the system “Submitted to Manager” receives credit
