New Extensions Created

This metric captures the total number of extension requests initiated during a given reporting period. It includes data from both the Onboarding Portal and FBO systems.

An extension is considered “new” if it was created within the selected time frame.

⚠️ “New” is not a status—it simply reflects the creation of an extension request, which may also be active or in progress at the same time.

Rules & Criteria: Included Sources:

• FBO Work Orders where:
  • WorkOrderCreation = "Extension"
  • InformationRequestType is null
• Onboarding Portal records from both In Progress and Completed tables where:
  • RequestType = "Extension"
• Date Attribution:
  • SurveyDraftDate is used for Onboarding Portal records
  • WorkOrderCreateDate is used for FBO records
• Each extension request is counted once, based on its creation date.
• This metric does not rely on the status of the extension (e.g., Active, Complete).

• Client Services/Ops: The individual assigned to or managing the onboarding request
