This metric tracks the total number of Candidate Meeting notes entered by Bullhorn users within the selected reporting period. A Candidate Meeting note is a specific Note Action type used to document the notes from a meeting with a candidate. This metric reflects candidate engagement and follow-up activity after candidate meetings.
It is important to note that this metric does not include the Appointment Type: Candidate Meeting, which is tracked separately. This measure is strictly based on notes entered by the user after the meeting has occurred.
Note:
Only notes with the action type labeled as Candidate Meeting Notes are included. Appointments or calendar events are not considered in this metric.

Rules & Criteria
- Each note is counted as a distinct NoteID to ensure accurate tracking and avoid duplication.
- Only notes with Note Action Type = Candidate Meeting Notes are counted. Notes with missing or different Action Type are excluded.
- The metric uses the note creation date to determine inclusion in the reporting period.
- Appointment records are excluded from this metric and tracked separately.
Recognition
- All: The user listed as the Note Author receives credit for the candidate meeting notes regardless of team/role.
